I trained as a Cartographical Draughtsman at the Ordnance Survey and now enjoy the freedom of all forms of artwork. Now, when Drawing or Printing a landscape, I can place a road or a building wherever I wish!
Although primarily a self-taught artist I have had the privilege of attending many courses with a variety of excellent tutors.
I have exhibited for over 20 years and am proud to know my work can be found in collections not only in the UK but also in Canada, America, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, France and the Netherlands.
I enjoy working with many mediums developing my paintings further and particularly enjoy the challenge of printmaking. The thrill of Printmaking is also found in my love of working with enamel on copper there is always a twist or a surprise than can never be replicated.
I always have work available at “the little art gallery” in West Wittering and am happy to give a private viewing of work I have at my studio.
